If you asked me when I was a child, teen or heck even a few years ago about my hair, I would have told you that I hated it. It is thick, frizzy, course, unruly, hard to mange, harder to color, etc. On average when I blow dry it myself it takes about and hour and a half. When I was pregnant my hair was out of control (in a good way) from all of the prenatal vitamins. Long, shiny and healthy... but it was short lived. I had heard that you lose your hair post natal, but I LOST my hair! Full bald spots above each temple. It begrudgingly grew back, but it took forever. Years have gone by and while I am still blessed with a healthy amount of hair, I have noticed...
