A Hobbit-y Summer Outfit
While I wear every color of the rainbow, I have to say yellow is my favorite to wear. It's always such a happy color. I don't always find pieces I love in yellow however, so I was very excited to see Emmy Design Sweden's new collection with it's walking skirts and matching waistcoats that came in so many lovely, summery shades--marigold yellow included! I actually got the gentlewoman waistcoat in yellow to match the vixen voyager skirt . I wanted to create something a bit Edwardian feeling, but in a cheerful color, however when I put the pieces together it just didn't feel right for the season.
