As you will probably have already read in my previous blog post or on Instagram, we spent the past week at the “Yogaherbst” in Bad Gastein. Yoga at the mountain, breathing exercises at the waterfall or walking meditation by a lake… the connection between impressive nature and relaxing yoga was the one thing that I loved most about our trip.
