This jacket is made by one of my favorite local designers, JoyNoelle . She does beautiful couture work with luxe fabrics. Her silhouettes are chic and seem to carry with them a Parisian vibe. I found this piece at a local boutique, Lily & Violet . I always feel so lucky to be surrounded by such talented people in fashion right here in my town.
