Blooming in the Snow
I opened my closet asking myself how can I dress fun in 20 degree snowy weather? It wasn't windy, which was a plus, but still cold enough to consider some layering. Here in NC our winters aren't as bad as the northern part of the country, therefore, I don't dress often for low temperatures like the ones we are going through right now.
