Just one of those weeks...

I caught a nasty cold and I'm at the sore throat phase so every time I swallow there is pain. The seasons are transitioning so my allergies are going crazy and my nose is constantly stuffed up. The weather can't make up its mind so it's blazing hot when the window is closed but freezing when its open. I'm hitting the really intense part of the workout program I've been following for the past six weeks so my muscles are shredded. I've had bad cases of insomnia so I'm exhausted...
