Polka dot print balloon skirt from Jijil: how to wear it Polka dot print has always been a favorite of mine, in small doses. Here it is on my fashion blog , on a Jijil balloon skirt , in a metallic version, with a sleepy me, feeling a bit weird since we had a change of time thanks to the return of daylight saving time .
