Hey, y'all! I had such a great and refreshing weekend. The down time was much needed and it was good to get away from all the projects at my house waiting to be done. It was pretty low key and just nice. I am happy to tell y'all I survived the first week of my whole 30 just fine. What a relief! I experienced headaches and general tiredness for three days, but after that I was OK. I will say I did feel the need to go to bed at around 9:30 every night, but I woke up feeling really refreshed. I think the main reason it wasn't that terrible for me is because I didn't really eat processed foods, fast food, or many sweets in the first place. The biggest adjustment...
