Hathead
The shorter the hair, the better hats work for me. With long hair, the hat only emphasizes how thin and broken my hair is below the ears. With mid-length hair, my coarse strands spring out from under the brim at all sorts of odd angles. But with a head-hugging cut, just the right amount of hair is visible and tamed. Hat and bag, Charming Charlie. Shirt, FY2 (thrifted). Skirt, Madewell. Shoes, Isaac Mizrahi. Sunglasses, Meow Meow. Necklace, thrifted. I apologize that today’s pictures aren’t tack sharp.
