when we lived in minnesota i was always prepared, even in summer, to don a sweater or sweatshirt at any given time. well, the same holds true for san francisco. i think mark twain said it best “the coldest winter was the summer i spent in san francisco.” enough said. so when the weather hands me chilly temps i gravitate towards my preppy roots and reach for a crew neck and a-line skirt. add one of my favorite color combos of navy and hot pink and i’ll power through this cold snap in style. leopard flats give the outfit a kick, and who can resist a classic handbag. if your temps are...
