Chelsea Market, Girls Night and Bacon

Thursday evening after work I met up with my friend Mallory at Chelsea Market. She works in the offices above the shops, and knows them well. At our first stop: Buon Italia. The good stuff at Dickson's Farmstand Meats. Chelsea Market. We went to Mallory's apartment in Williamsburg. A small sampling of her cookbook library. I was in charge of drinks. Strongbow cider in chilled glasses. We ate BLT salads and played with her two cats talking girl-talk. After awhile the boys showed up and crashed our girls night but that made it even more fun.
