Today is the neon link-up for EBEW. I have mixed feelings about this trend. Part of this throwback trend makes me want to reach for my Lisa Frank trapper-keeper and jam out to some Spice Girls, but the other part of me views the trend as potential to add a little kick to any outfit (in moderation, of course!). I don't think you'll ever see me in a full head-to-toe neon outfit, but the little touch of neon on my flats adds a perfect balance to the black and tan...
