My rules on wearing short dresses
I f I really want to wear a dress that I consider too short, some rules will usually apply. Wear tights, usually similar to the colour of the dress. 2- Avoid belts, as these will tend to make the dress slightly shorter. 3. Wear flats, it reduces attention to the lower part of your body. 4. Wear a bag that is "hand carried" instead of "shoulder carried". Try it, you'll see the difference. Any additional tips ?
