Hallmarks of a perfect summer dress: easy to wear, comfortable yet flattering, bright fun color. Add in my straw tote with the poms that make it look like a hundred bucks, the jeweled sandals that I can't seem to stop wearing, and of course Chloe, who as usual, is more concerned with getting her walk than posing for photos, and you've got my go-to summer look.
