When Decades Collide

Today is the first day this week where I feel somewhat normal. I've been suffering from some terrible allergy symptoms which have caused my eyes to swell shut. I was using antihistamines, but they were doing nothing except make me incredibly drowsy. I went to the doctor yesterday and was given the correct medication which has helped so much! I have never had allergy issues before, so I now understand the discomfort and miserable feelings that people have described. I'm just happy that I can see properly again!
