I love taking ordinary pieces from my closet and using them in an unexpected way. With an almost 40 degree humid atmosphere here in Cebu, no one would ever think about wearing a cargo dress under the blistering heat, much less to the beach. Seeing this dress as a low-plunge, high-slit number however has made me think otherwise. With all the flaps and buttons opened up, this dress makes for a great post-buffet cover up! It’s sexy in a modest kind of way (it makes sense in my head!), and I’m loving how it looks against the beautiful view and how it stands out in a sea of denim cut offs. What do you think?
