Apparently Velma
When I wore this outfit to work I planned to be nothing more than a modern homage to the style of the 60s/70s, I mean, the entire dress is suede, but the most comments I got involved me looking like Velma. If we can recall Velma for a moment, she wore a bright orange turtleneck, a red pleated skirt, orange knee highs, and red mary janes. I guess I can somewhat understand an abstract interpretation, at best, but whatever, I'll take it. At least I've got the glasses, right? Either way these shoes weren't the best decision for a four hour shift (I'm working part-time at Old Navy again, did I even tell you guys that?), but I stuck it out and felt like a badass because...
