Well, I think this outfit is just the opposite. It probably sounds ridiculous on paper: two different polka dots, one with a navy background, one with a black background, a multi-toned cardigan, brown belt, black shoes. Wackadoodle right? But in real life...it seems to work! The polka dots have different densities that work in their favor. The cardigan ties...
