Today is my 30th birthday. That sounds so grown up! As I sit here typing this post, watching the sunrise over the Sea of Cortez, I can't be anything but grateful. I had thought I would do some groundbreaking post about "30 Things I Learned Before 30" (perhaps that will come at a later date), but one of the best lessons I learned up until now is to SLOW DOWN.
