Flutter Sleeve Dress

There’s nothing like a good little black dress — am I right? I think I *may* have found the perfect one too.   This flutter sleeve dress is right under $100 and is different than your typical LBD due to its sleeves and ‘flowy’ feel.  I’ve worn it frequently and have paired it with statement necklaces, like with this one that you see above, and I’ve also worn chunky blanket scarves with it too.  Its quality also gets an A+ in my book, especially with its price of $88.  The worst is when you spend almost $100 on a dress and then once you put it on, it feels like you’re wearing a $10 dress....
