What No One Tells You
I think the most disappointing part of pregnancy for me has been the shift in wardrobe options. Because as shitty as the first trimester is, and the nausea, and the mood swings, and the lack of energy, and all that crap , you at least know that it's coming. You've been warned. Probably by multiple TV shows and movies you've seen, as well as the millions of people that will tell you when they, or you, become pregnant. And yeah, you're aware of the fact that you're going to get bigger, you are growing a person after all, but no one prepares you for how fucking boring maternity clothes are. Or how insanely awkward you're going to feel in everything you own until...
