Outfit Post - Business Casual

I was had a fun day of work meetings yesterday, so I had to I had to wear something that was professional but still comfortable. Normally I'd wear a dress on a hot day, but since the conference rooms at work are pretty cold I thought pants would be a better choice. Does anyone else find it hard to dress for work in the summer, since it can be 90 outside and chilly from air conditioning inside?
