one of the best parts of spring/summer has to be the lighter layers. and while i’m always the first to welcome fall with its abundance of sweaters, i’m never sad to pack them away at season’s end. so it’s hello silk, linen, and featherweight cashmere. and goodbye wools, suede, and down coats. for today’s ootd i’m keeping it simple with a silk shirtdress and dark denim jacket. a pop of color comes from a pair of orange block sandals that i am simply loving these past few weeks (i’m certain you’ve noticed). it’s the gold metallic across the upper band that i particularly like which...
