Patriotism can creep up on you when you least expect it. Like when the Football World Cup is on (because this time might really be England's time! - surely?) or when there's a royal celebration (who didn't wait in anticipation for Kate Middleton to exit the Lindo wing with baby George?) and well, that's about it really.
