Date Night in Sorrento
After a high-speed train and a chauffeured car ride, we arrived in Sorrento. Even after looking at countless photos online, in preparation for the trip, nothing can compare to actually being here - words cannot describe the breath-taking beauty! Every angle of the stunning Bellevue Syrene features something amazing to see: from ruins of an ancient Roman port at the base of the hotel's solarium / pier to the East, to the hotel's pool and La Pergola restaurant to the West, and the sweeping Mediterranean-views in between. It's picture-perfect! So much so that I had to open a bottle...
