All you guys following me already know that I am very keen on keeping myself as healthy as possible, trying to eat right and stay hydrated, especially now with the hot season coming on. When it comes to skin care, I always use moisturizer in the evening before I go to sleep, for example. But what happens when we lay in the warm sun all day long?
