There's no better business-casual piece than the classic button-down blouse. I'm not your average business woman either, so I had to put my touch on this pink striped top from Banana Republic by rolling up the sleeves, putting on a thin tie, and layering a black lace bralette underneath. I'm not quite rebellious either, but I thought the word was definitely more fitting for how I styled this otherwise sophisticated top! I made sure I added in a fair amount of black accessories to bring out the outfit and not stray from the edgy look that I have been so in love with lately. It's really true that you can make any piece fit your personal style depending...
