SEASIDE PONDERS Time for a mid-week confession? Alright, team. Just about a month ago, before I went to stunning Albufeira in Portugal, I went through the tiring yet typical monologue so many of us women* go through before going away to expose ourselves on a beach. The whole, abs in a week, sacrificing bread, kind of stuff.
