Reading is My Happy Place
My ideal Sunday afternoon is spent feeling cozy at home with a good book and a pet or two at my side. This does not happen as often as I would like but I cannot think of a better way to relax before the start of a new week. I recently read and enjoyed Leigh Himes debut novel The One That Got Away . It's an unconventional love story about missed opportunities and second chances. The heroine of the story, Abbey Lahey, gets a chance to live out the life that could have been and gains a fresh perspective on the only life she has ever known.
