I'm not entirely sure as to whether it's a good or bad thing to feel like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman with this outfit. Pros: it's Julia Robert. Cons: she was playing a hooker. Hmm... Anyway, I almost exclusively wear my OTK boots with jeans or leggings, so I decided it was time to take them for a spin with bare legs, a la this black Wayf dress . I've had this vest since last season and never got around to posting it. Of course, it's long gone, but I found a few options I'm swooning over and posted them below.
