Trend, Schmrend
I caved in ... and got myself a peplum top. I didn't want to do it. Maybe I shouldn't have. Peplums are popping up everywhere right now and that's a notable downside in my book. As the matter of fact, I was pretty sure I wouldn't get one, at least not while they're so trendy ... And then I noticed this one and loved its colour and the price was really low and it was so soft and "I have so few tops anyway" and it fit me nicely ... you know how the story goes. Now, I'm not apologizing, I'm merely explaining myself. The thing is, I don't want to be trendy. In fact, it's quite a turnoff for me. Amassing trends should not be the point of style blogging. Way too many bloggers...
