Back in early November when my doctor thought baby boy would show up on the early side I went into crazy organizing mode to not only get the place ready for Rex’s arrival but for all of the guests who would be coming to visit. As a caffeine loving family I had been meaning to set up a permanent coffee spot on our bar and finally got all the necessities together. I filled a mud cloth tray with a variety of Nespresso holiday flavors to try, spoons, and cups for serving. My Dad became obsessed with the morning latte’s I served up when my fam was here so much so that he ran out to buy a Nespresso machine for himself the very next day....
