Weekend In Bruges

The other weekend we spent an early morning traveling to Bruges for a few days of wandering and celebrating another year of getting older and hopefully a little wiser. It was a very magical city that seemed to get more beautiful each time you turned a corner. The grey weather didn't slow us down and at night the rain turned the streets into a reflective wonderland that made you forget you were dancing around puddles. This birthday was a bit more daunting; the older you get the more questions you seem to have and preconceived notions about where you life should be. But then you get to enjoy a beautiful weekend somewhere new with your person and those questions and...
