Out of season: styling distressed flare jeans with a Chanel-style jacket and long cardigan

While I don't exactly have different wardrobes for different seasons, there are pieces that I reach for more often at certain times of the year...and these jeans?? They've always meant "summer" to me!! Then why did I reach for them today - with more than a week of February still to go?? After the dark wash denim and faux-leather looks I've been doing recently, I was jonesing for a little change of pace...and these seriously distressed flares felt like just the ticket!!
