Phillip Lim  When the team at Talbots reached out to me to see if I wanted to style a piece from the O, The Oprah Magazine Collection for Talbots , I jumped at the chance.  Apart from being a huge Oprah fan, I also love that 30% of the proceeds from the collection go to Dress for Success .  I know how important the right outfit can be in making me feel confident at work, so I love supporting organization that believes the same.   Dress for Success...
