Mind Over Matter
I send thoughts of healing and love to my body today. Last October I got a cold, followed by another in November, and a third in December. I set my mind that I was going to have a healthier year, that I was not going to get sick again. I partly felt that a lot of those colds were brought on by stress as much as viruses, yet I have not managed to get past it. I got sick again last Wednesday, and have had an awful cough all week. So much so that I couldn't get any sleep for several nights.
