Ruffled Cold-shoulder Blouse.

Summer theme: all the stripes, this time in a cold-shoulder blouse. Shoulder-baring everything is still on trend, so adding this cold-shoulder blouse to my Shopbop cart was an easy decision. It’s vaguely patriotic (4th of July is just around the corner) and totally summer-appropriate. I love the swingy cut; it works so well with a body conscious bottom layer, like these skinny jeans. (And allows for second and third trips through the bbq buffet, let’s be honest.)
