That’s the great thing about New York, you never know where the day can take you and what you will see along the way. After a few meetings, I found myself meeting up with a friend at one of my favourite Mexican restaurants – La Esquina . There is a new location in Midtown, right next to the Dream Hotel and it’s a fun little spot to grab some tacos and ridiculously delicious corn on the cob. Definitely a must...
