There was a day that felt like fall earlier this week and it made me realize just now not ready I am to wind down this summer. Thankfully, the sun is back out and the temperatures are back in the 80’s, but it was a reminder to cherish these summer days over the next month or so! For me, summer is more than just a season of sunshine or a few months of warm days, it’s all about the mindset. Unlike New York, Chicago kind of goes into hibernation in the winter months, which is why the electric summer energy feels so special.
