As the end of summer is approaching rapidly, I wanted to take advantage of these last few weeks and create a true summer look. This striped ruffle top is actually an off-the-shoulder one, but I wanted to style it in a different, more conservative, still fun way. I keep seeing too many off-the-shoulder tops paired with jeans or white pants these days.
