How gorgeous is the ruffle shoulder detailing on this dress?! It's hard to find work appropriate dresses for fall, so when I found this one that was an appropriate length, long sleeved, and had this fun shoulder detailing I scooped it up immediately! Initially I wasn't sure about the length- thinking it may be a bit too short- but I think because of the looser sheath fit throughout the body of the dress, you can get away with it being a bit on the shorter side.
