Weekend Away: Canberra (Part 1)
I’m in Canberra at the moment enjoying a long weekend. This weekend I swam at the Masters NSW Short Course State Championships at the Australian Institute of Sport. I thought I’d use the opportunity to make a trip of it and do some sight seeing while in Canberra. It’s such a relief to now have the swimming meet out of the way and be able to relax on a mini break. I’ll get back into my training routine when we return to Sydney late Tuesday.
