mozart and mondays
it’s goodbye to the weekend and hello monday morning. before i bid adieu to sunday, mr. style and i headed off to UGA to listen to Mozart performed by the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center. what a lovely way to spend a sunday afternoon. the season thread this year is music of Vienna through the ages. since mr. style grew up in Vienna it’s only fitting we were in attendance. this performance featured one single year of Mozart’s life. at the height of his success right after The Marriage of Figaro. what did we listen to?
