Outfit: taupe and berry
This is one of those enjoyable outfits that I put together in my head slightly dubiously and it looked better than I imagined in reality - I just love the muted taupe of this Lindy Bop skirt with the rich berry tones. This skirt has quite an unusual waistline and I have to say it's partly what attracted me to it. I always love a special detail, especially when I'm quite aware I have several other not only midi swing skirts in my wardrobe, but plaid midi swing skirts. This is my first brown skirt though and also my first in a warm, wool-esque material. It's actually man-made though, so it'll be going in the washing machine. It also gets bonus points for being very true...
