{throwback outfit} Revisiting October 16 2012

This is what I wore back in 2012 when I FINALLY met J.K. Rowling for the first time. She was doing a reading for her book, The Casual Vacancy, at Lincoln Center and signed autographs after . So when I say met, I mean was in line, got my book signed and quickly said "thank you so much!!!!!!" I've been in her vicinity quite a few times but sadly have never had the chance to say more than that to her. I really loved the pants I had on in the original outfit but I got rid of them because the fit was just a little too odd and since they were from ASOS they deteriorated a bit. But now I have these purple pants from Banana Republic that I got during my event at a local store...
