What I Eat In A Week
Took this video as a personal challenge to eat healthier and be more conscious of what I eat… but life doesn’t always go as planned 😅 especially when my week is filled with events and flights! To everyone asking me how I stay fit… this video will not show you that LOL. But I want you guys to know that momentary lapses and falling out of your routine is normal, as long as you make the effort to get back on track. Enjoy the video and let me know what you think!
