What I Wore Skirt: Made by my mom Tank: Target - $17 Cardigan: NY&Co - $20 Belt: Target - $6 Wedges: Target - $6 Necklace: Target - $20 Earrings: Forever21 - $3 This is an outfit that I stored in the back of my mind and I've been saving for a while.
