One of the most beautiful hiking spots in the Carmel area is Point Lobos. It’s a state park that has spectacular views of the coastline and many trails that go along with it. On Christmas Eve afternoon we all felt like we needed to get out of the house and get our bodies moving, so we put on some workout gear and headed out. It was an overcast day, but that didn’t take away from the natural beauty that Point Lobos has. We followed the trail to three main viewing points- Gibson Beach, China Cove and Hidden Beach.
