Rhumba Ruffles || SIL 30's Glamour Girl
Rhumba, Ruffles, & Lights! Rhumba dance, or "ballroom rhumba," appeared on the East Coast in the 1930's. The old electric lights of NYC were an appropriate setting to feature 5 tiers of lace ruffles, with the glamorous Rhumba hot pant by Secrets in Lace. These adorable sheer knickers have the most flattering fit & are one of my top favorites! I drew inspiration from 30's glamour girls & platinum Follies to complete this fancy romper-like look.
