Art of stillness
Art of stillness… or chilling the f* down. I’ve been having some thoughts on how “being busy” has become a 2nd word for “success”. If you ask somebody how are you doing, what have you been up to, etc. 99% of the time the answer will be something like: ” Dude, I’ve been SOOOOO busy!” Being soooo busy has become a norm for being so important, so advanced, so successful that it makes me laugh.
